This document will help you with your pricing - help you choose what services to offer to your clients and also give you an indication of what the industry is doing in terms of both. 

From my experience most of you are undercharging, so it is my aim to help you make more money in your business and more profit.

This Pricing Guide Template is intended for unlimited use by one person (the purchaser). This license is non-exclusive, meaning that other people will be able to purchase the template. You also cannot resell, lease, duplicate, license, sub-license, redistribute, or offer the template for free to any third party or marketplace.
 
NON-REFUNDABLE PURCHASE
Once a purchase has been made, and the template package has been delivered to you, you will not be able to cancel your purchase, and no refunds will be issued.
 
 
 

Membership Agreement

  1. By accepting these terms the participant agrees to pay the Membership fees (including GST) for the Membership using the payment method selected on the enrolment form.
  2. The participant accepts that he/she is required to pay the full amount of the Membership fees even if he/she does not complete the membership.
  3. If the participant is under 18, the parent/guardian is responsible for the payment of the Course Fees.
  4. The duration of the Membership is 12 months.
  5. Membership commencement is the day you sign up

 

 

Confidentiality and Privacy Policy

We will make reasonable efforts to keep any such information that we have about you secure and to ensure that any of our employees or agents who have access to information about you do not make any unauthorised use, modification, reproduction or disclosure of that information.

We will only disclose information that we have about you:

  1. to the extent specifically required by law; or
  2. for the purposes of this agreement (including disclosing information in connection with any query or claim)
  3. information provided by you is considered confidential and will not be divulged to any third party, nor will it be sold.

Upon enrolment into the membership, we may use the content from your emails in our marketing materials and on our website testimonials page, as well as send you a monthly newsletter. Your identity will never be revealed, however we will use your surname, initials and your City. Please be assured that we respect your privacy and only comments related to course outcomes and student experiences will be mentioned.

 

Interiors Insider Code of Practice

Kylie Tyrrell has responsibilities to you as a student to provide you with a quality of service that will assist you as much as possible in understanding how an Interior Styling Studio operates behind the scenes. We undertake to abide by all our policies and procedures.

Interiors Insider agrees to:

  1. Provide a tax invoice;
  2. Provide login details to access the online Course Materials (or alternative access) and provide feedback where applicable on submitted assessment tasks;
  3. Provide unlimited support via email throughout the enrolment;

 

Student Obligations

Students in Interiors Insider are required to:

  1. Ensure that all the information provided is accurate;
  2. Notify Kylie Tyrrell of any contact changes (email, telephone, address etc.);
  3. Advise Interiors Insider of any difficulties or problems they may experience with staff, procedures or training;
  4. In your interaction with administrative staff, learning consultants and tutor support (including, but not limited to telephone calls, emails and instant chats) you agree to conduct yourself civilly and respectfully at all times. As a customer or student of Interiors Insider, you agree that you shall not, under any circumstances, use abusive language or harass staff. Interiors Insider reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, what constitutes abusive language and harassment, and where that has occurred; and may, partially or completely, deny service to any infringing party.
